Rule 106
Provisions relating to minha
(1) According to section 29 of the Act, the secretary of the concerned ministry may grant up to three lakh rupees, and in the case of an amount above that, the concerned ministry may grant up to five lakh rupees on the recommendation of the following committee, and the government of Nepal, the Council of Ministers may grant an allowance of more than that amount:-
(a) Chief Secretary – Chairman (b) Secretary to the Ministry of Finance – Member
(c) Comptroller General – Member
(d) Head of Central Tehsil Office - Member - Secretary
(2) The committee under sub-rule (1) shall organize its own procedures.
